A photo-diary of our three week
trip with Exodus Travel around the southern extremities
of the African continent. Starting at Johannesburg in
South Africa, our 2,850 mile journey took us to
Mozambique with its stunning Indian Ocean coastline, the
mountainous country of Lesotho - Africa's "Kingdom in
the sky," and into the tiny kingdom of Swaziland. Our
journey finished on the Atlatntic coast at the beatiful
city of Cape Town, where we could reflect on a trip of
many contrasts and experiences, from the big game parks
of Kruger and Swaziland, cruising alongside whales -
walking in the spectacular Drakensburg Mountains, and
not forgetting the comical penguins, then coming face to face with a
great white shark!! A tremendous trip, meeting some
of the poorest but happiest people on the planet! |
