For many years
Scotland has been a favourite destination for tourists from all over the
world. Many are attracted by its
stunning unspoilt landscape, whilst
some are keen to explore its rich history. For others however, the main
attraction
is its diverse wildlife. From the ridges of its
mountainous terrain, to the glens, woodlands, lochs, rivers
and shores, it holds
much of Britain's rarest wildlife - from the
iconic golden eagle of the ridges - to the dolphins of the
Moray Firth.
Father and son, Bill and Kevin Cuthbert - both keen amateur
photographers with a particular interest for wildlife,
have compiled this
range of images since arriving in Scotland from the north of
England in the summer of 2000.

Having taken up residence in Scotland,
sub-Saharan Africa has now become our own
favourite holiday destination,
and to date, the
website now incorporates four photographic
diaries of our camping adventures - ranging from
the
Indian Ocean coast of Tanzania through to Namibia's Atlantic shores - from
the big cats and game of the plains
to the high-altitude home of the rare mountain
gorilla. It is through these diaries that
I try to show, not only the
day-to-day activities of a modern holiday-safari, but more
importantly, to convey the unique magic that is
simply "Africa".
I hope you enjoy browsing the website.
